Join the LSO as we explore Shining Mountains, a piece by celebrated Canadian composer Howard Cable depicting three significant geographical and historical places in Southern Alberta: Waterton, Stand Off and The Crowsnest Trail. Glen Montgomery will performs Tchaikovsky’s best known piano concerto.
Asani will also join us on this program, performing 4 selections from their repertoire with the Lethbridge Symphony Orchestra.
This concert is the Cultural Activity Launch for the 2012 Alberta Summer Games.
