In partnership with TD CanadaTrust, the Lethbridge Symphony is proud to offer the LSO Access Pass, which gives patrons aged 15 through 29 up to two (2) $12 tickets to any eligible performance. It connects young people with the LSO, providing easy and affordable access to some of the hottest performances in town. All you need to do is SIGN UP FOR YOUR FREE MEMBERSHIP, wait for a confirmation email, and start buying your tickets!
You must bring photo ID showing your birthdate when you pick up your tickets. Absolutely no exceptions.

What is the LSO Access Pass?
It is a way for young audiences to experience and enjoy live music with the Lethbridge Symphony Orchestra at a fraction of the cost. Anyone aged 15 through 29 is eligible to buy up to two (2) tickets to LSO performances for just $12 per ticket! You must be 15 through 29 years of age to order your $12 tickets.
Is membership free?
Yes! LSO Access Pass membership costs absolutely nothing.
How do I join?
You must register online to join the LSO Access Pass a minimum of two (2) business days prior to an eligible event. The LSO Access Pass expires at the end of the current season on May 31. Please re-register in September for the following season.
Do I have to register for the LSO Access Pass before I can get tickets?
Yes. You must register online to take advantage of the $12 price.
Do I have to be a student?
No! Anyone from 15 through 29 years of age is eligible.
Is photo ID required?
Yes, unless you are not yet of an age to have photo ID, such as in elementary school. It must also show your birthdate. If you forget your photo ID when picking up your tickets, they will be charged to you at full price, or you will forfeit the price of your tickets.
Does the LSO Access Pass expire?
Yes, it expires at the end of the current season on May 31, or when you turn 30. Please re-register in September for the following season.
Are all performances eligible?
LSO Access Pass tickets are available for all Master Series and Chamber Series events WITHOUT a Student Preview. For events with a Student Preview, the Access Pass rate is not applicable for any other showing, and members are limited to a maximum of one (1) ticket.
The LSO reserves the right to include or exclude any event subject to availability. If you do not receive an email containing a discount code from the Lethbridge Symphony by the event start date, then it is not available for the Access Pass.
I’m a parent. Can I sign up for my child?
Yes. You may use your own email address, but please ensure the account is under your child’s name. Your child must be present when you pick up your tickets, with absolutely no exceptions.
Where will I be sitting?
You can sit anywhere you want.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, your LSO Access Pass entitles you to two (2) tickets for any eligible performance at $12 each, except Student Previews.
Does my friend have to be under 30 too?
No, your guest may be anyone of any age!
When can I buy my tickets?
LSO Access Pass tickets can be bought up to two (2) weeks in advance of an eligible performance – watch for an email from the Lethbridge Symphony with further details.
Do I have to have an LSO Access Pass card to get tickets?
No, there is no card for this program.
How do I purchase tickets?
All tickets can be purchased ONLINE (opens in a new browser tab or window). The LSO Access Pass cannot be combined with any other offer.
Can I buy as many tickets as I want?
Your LSO Access Pass entitles you to a maximum of two (2) tickets per Access Pass for each eligible event, except Student Previews. If a Student Preview is offered, the Access Pass rate will only apply to the Preview performance. Payment is due at time of booking, and no seats will be held pending payment. No exceptions.
We cannot guarantee that groups of two or more LSO Access Pass members who wish to be seated together can be seated together. Each Access Pass member must book their own ticket(s), and coordinate their group in advance.
How do I receive my tickets?
You can pick up your tickets at the venue one hour prior to performance. You MUST bring photo ID showing your birthdate when you pick up your tickets, with absolutely no exceptions. If you forget your photo ID when picking up your tickets, they will be charged to you at full price, or you will forfeit the price of your tickets.
Can I send someone else to pick up my tickets?
Each member must pick up their own ticket. There is no pick up available by other parties, including another member.
Can I exchange or refund my tickets?
All ticket sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds offered for tickets purchased through this program.
