LSO Access Pass – A TD Canada Trust Initiative
The Lethbridge Symphony Orchestra welcomes TD Canada Trust in a new partnership initiative – the LSO Access Pass program, which enables the LSO to make tickets available at a considerable discount for patrons aged 15 – 29. It connects young people with the LSO, providing easy and affordable access to some of the hottest concerts in town.

What is the LSO Access Pass?
It is a way for young audiences to experience and enjoy live classical music with the Lethbridge Symphony Orchestra at a fraction of the cost. Anyone aged 15-29 is eligible to buy tickets to LSO concerts at just $12 per ticket!
How do I become part of the program?
To become an LSO Access Pass member register online.
Is LSO Access Pass membership free?
LSO Access Pass membership costs absolutely nothing!
Do I have to be a student?
No. Anyone aged 15-29 during the season is eligible.
Are all LSO performances eligible?
The LSO Access Pass program applies to all LSO Master Series and Chamber Series performances.
Where will I be sitting?
Seats will be assigned on a best-available basis in all areas of the hall.
Can I buy as many tickets as I want for a concert?
Your LSO Access Pass entitles you to purchase a maximum of two (2) tickets for each concert with available tickets.
Can I bring a date?
Yes. The LSO Access Pass entitles you to a pair of tickets to each performance with available tickets.
Does my guest have to be aged 15-29?
No. Your guest may be anyone of any age.
When can I buy my tickets?
LSO Access Pass tickets will be made available two (2) weeks prior to each concert. Members will receive an email from the LSO with information on ticket availability.
Do I have to have my LSO Access Pass card before I can get tickets?
No. As long as your online registration has been confirmed, we will ensure the ticket office has your name so you can purchase tickets, even if your pass has not yet arrived in the mail.
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased at the Yates Ticket Centre only and are not available at the event.
Can I exchange or refund my LSO Access Pass tickets?
All LSO Access Pass ticket sales will be final. There are no exchanges or refunds offered for tickets purchased through this program.
