How to Purchase
We offer several ways to purchase your tickets, without any additional fees.

ONLINE – ANYTIME:
Click here to view available seats and make your purchase (opens in a new window). Your payment can be made by debit or credit card (VISA, MC, AMEX). Prepaid tickets can be picked up in the lobby 30 minutes prior to performance (photo ID and payment card required).

PHONE – DURING BUSINESS HOURS:
If you have any questions or would prefer assistance to complete your transaction, call the Lethbridge Symphony office to speak with someone to complete your purchase during business hours (403.328.6808 or toll-free 1.855.328.6808).

IN PERSON – DURING BUSINESS HOURS:
If you prefer to do things in person, or would just like to come to visit us, please feel free to come by the office (424B 7th Street South) during business hours.
Tickets will also be available one hour prior to performance at the performance venue.

Purchase Policies
What if I lose my tickets?
If you misplace your ticket(s) we offer reprints for $3 per occurrence up to five (5) days prior to performance. Subscribers receive FREE ticket reprints. Lost Vouchers cannot be replaced.
What if I cannot attend my performance?
Although we do not offer refunds, we have a flexible exchange policy.
- All ticket exchanges must be completed a minimum of 72 hours prior to the performance, and a new performance within the current Season must be selected at the time of exchange. Subscribers may complete exchanged without additional fees.
- A $3 per ticket administration fee will be charged for exchanges AND you will be charged the difference in the value between the ticket(s) you hold and the ticket(s) for the new performance you are exchanging into.
- Please note that exchanges made into a lower price level will not receive a refund or credit for the difference.
- If you are unable to exchange your ticket(s) for another performance, you may donate your ticket(s) back to the Lethbridge Symphony up to 48 hours prior to the performance date and receive a tax receipt for the value of you ticket(s) if $20 or greater. Tax receipts can only be issued under the name of the ticket purchaser.
