National Volunteer week is April 10 – 16 and we’d like to take a moment to acknowledge and thank all of our amazing volunteers who have helped us at concerts and events this season: To our ushers, office volunteers, Symphony Womens’ League members, the Board of Directors, committee members, and of course many of our amazing musicians, thank you.
Become an LSO Volunteer
For more than 50 years the LSO has been the beneficiary of thousands of hours of volunteer time, energy and enthusiasm dedicated to ensuring that Lethbridge enjoys orchestral music. This is your opportunity to join our team, make new friends, and support your community.
Without the support of volunteers, the show could not go on! Volunteers can contribute in three main areas:
Concerts
Ushering – liaise with patrons, hand out programmes, enjoy music!
Concert production – stage hands, set up, assist stage manager
Special Events
Volunteers opportunities at special events might include ticket selling, coat check, set up/tear down, or working at our Casino. The possibilities are limitless – we rely on the support of volunteers to make many of our fundraising and special events happen!
The Lethbridge Symphony Orchestra Office
Special projects such as mail-outs, data entry, invitation assembly, or creative research.
