Monthly
Donate a set amount monthly by cheque, credit card or authorized direct withdrawal. Call Dawn at 403.328.6808, ext 101 to make arrangements
Online
By Phone/Fax
Contact Dawn at 403.328.6808, ext 101 or print off the donation form, fill it out and fax it to the Symphony office at 403.380.4418.
By Mail/Person
Mail in your donation by including a cheque, payable to the Lethbridge Symphony Association, or credit card information and donation form to PO Box1101, Lethbridge AB, T1J 4A2 or drop it off at 101, 410 Stafford Drive South.
All donations $20 or more will receive a tax receipt. Monthly donations will be accumulated throughout the calendar year and sent to the donor in January. Tax receipts are mailed to the donor on a monthly basis.
