In partnership with TD Financial, the Lethbridge Symphony is proud to offer Access Pass, which provides young people with easy and affordable access to some of the hottest performances in town.
How do I join?
You must register online to join the program.
Do I have to be a student?
No! Anyone from 15 through 29 years of age is eligible.
Do I have to register for Access Pass before I can get tickets?
Yes. You must register online to take advantage of the Access Pass price.
I’m a parent; can I sign up for my child?
Yes. You may use your own email address, but please ensure the account is under your child’s name. Your child must be present when you pick up your tickets, with absolutely no exceptions.
You must be 15 through 29 years of age to order your Access Pass tickets. To ensure you don’t miss a single deal, please remember to update your contact information with us every September. The Access Pass expires when you turn 30. Note that unsubscribing from our emails automatically results in unsubscribing from this program.
Are all performances eligible?
Access Pass tickets are available for all performances at $18 in all tiers except Red Circle and Full Experience. The Lethbridge Symphony reserves the right to include or exclude any event subject to availability. If you have previously registered and do not receive an email from the Symphony with the Access Pass discount code no later than 10 days before a performance, then it is not eligible.
Where will I be sitting?
You can sit anywhere you want within the eligible price tiers.
When can I buy my tickets?
Access Pass tickets can be bought up to 14 days in advance of closing night of an eligible event – watch for an email with the discount code.
Do I have to have a Lethbridge Symphony Access Pass card to get tickets?
No, there is no card for this program.
Is photo ID required?
Yes; it must also show your birthdate. If you forget your photo ID when picking up your tickets, they will be charged to you at full price, or you will forfeit the price of your tickets.
How do I purchase tickets?
All tickets may be purchased online – be sure to enter the discount code listed above or received in your email before submitting payment. Access Pass cannot be combined with any other offer and is only available online. Payment is due at time of booking, and no seats will be held pending payment. No exceptions.
Can I buy as many tickets as I want?
Your membership entitles you to a maximum of 2 tickets per Access Pass, per eligible event. We cannot guarantee that groups of two or more Access Pass members who wish to be seated together can do so. Each member must book their own ticket(s), and coordinate their group in advance. Your guest may be anyone of any age.
How do I receive my tickets?
You can pick up your prepaid tickets at our office during regular ticket hours (see bottom of this page for address and hours). You MUST bring photo ID showing your birthdate when you pick up your tickets, with absolutely no exceptions. If you forget your photo ID when picking up your tickets, they will be charged to you at full price, or you will forfeit the price of your tickets. Note: We do not recommend picking up your tickets at the venue, because the 30 minutes prior to performance are always extremely busy.
Can I send someone else to pick up my tickets?
EACH MEMBER MUST PICK UP THEIR OWN TICKET(s). There is no pick up available by other parties, including another member. If your child is the Access Pass member, your order must list your child’s name, and they must be present when you pick up your tickets, with absolutely no exceptions.
Can I exchange or refund my tickets?
All ticket sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds offered for tickets purchased through this program.

Please note that discounts cannot be combined.
