Yes. In order to take advantage of the Access Pass ticket discount code when you make your purchase, you must already be registered for the program. Registering is free, fast, and easily done online.

The Access Pass expires when a member turns 30. Note that unsubscribing from our emails automatically results in unsubscribing from this program.

In general, Access Pass tickets are available for all performances at $12 in all tiers except Red Circle. The Lethbridge Symphony reserves the right to include or exclude any event subject to availability. If you have previously registered and do not receive an email from the Symphony with the Access Pass discount code, then it may not be eligible. Reach out to us to confirm.
Access Pass tickets can be bought up to 14 days in advance of closing night of an eligible event – watch for an email with the discount code.
All tickets may be purchased online – be sure to select the Will Call delivery method AND enter the discount code before submitting payment. Access Pass cannot be combined with any other offer. Payment is due at time of booking, and no seats will be held pending payment. No exceptions.
You can pick up your prepaid tickets at the box office during regular office hours. You MUST bring photo ID showing your birthdate when you pick up your tickets, with absolutely no exceptions. If you forget your photo ID when picking up your tickets, they will be charged to you at full price, or you will forfeit the price of your tickets. Note: We do not recommend picking up your tickets at the venue, because the 30 minutes prior to performance are always extremely busy.
